Set multiple daily times, specific weekdays, exact intervals such as 84 hours, or long intervals with a loading schedule. Record clinic-administered doses and choose how clock times behave when you travel. LAB RESULTS WITH CONTEXT Keep results, units, reporting-lab ranges, assay information and draw timing together. Compare results with notes about differences that may affect interpretation. Prepare a visit brief covering your current protocol, changes, symptoms, results and questions. YOUR CARE IN ONE PLACE Keep appointment, prescription and refill records. Prepare a travel checklist and review the supply implied by your recorded schedule. Complete optional weekly check-ins across separate symptom domains. Fertility users can record semen-analysis results. PRACTICAL DAILY TRACKING Log doses, review injection-site history and track usable stock. Where appropriate, convert your prescribed dose and entered concentration into draw volume. No starting dose is suggested. Optional Apple Health imports are read-only; medication-history import requires iOS 26. No account required. Clinical records are stored on your device.
