Tesoro is a personal expense tracker built around one idea: tracking your money should feel simple, fast, and genuinely yours — not another dashboard that tries to run your financial life for you. No menus to dig through, no manual folder-filing. NO BANK LOGIN REQUIRED Tesoro never asks for your online banking credentials. Log expenses manually, snap a photo of a receipt, or import a PDF/CSV bank statement when it's convenient — you're always in control of what gets tracked and when. SMART, NOT NOISY DUPLICATE DETECTION Logged a coffee by hand, then imported the statement that includes it? Tesoro catches the overlap automatically so nothing gets double- counted — without falsely flagging two different cards' purchases as the same thing. No third-party analytics SDKs. - We will never sell your financial data — full stop. - Sign in with Apple or Google; delete your account and every byte of your data anytime, directly in the app, no email required. - Face ID/Touch ID app lock is handled entirely by iOS — Tesoro never sees your biometric data. BUILT FOR REAL SPENDING, NOT A SPREADSHEET TEMPLATE 18 categories covering real personal spending (from Groceries and Rent to Subscriptions and Pets), with a dedicated Money Transfers category so e-transfers and credit card bill payments never get double-counted as spending. COMING SOON: OPTIONAL BANK SYNC We're building an optional way to sync transactions automatically — strictly opt-in, read-only, and never able to move money or make a payment.
