Tentome connects to Sunmi and thermal printers over local network, so tickets reach the kitchen the moment an order is placed. Tentome is built for multiple outlets and multiple staff. Operator and cashier accounts keep every outlet's team separate and attribute every action to the person who performed it. Tentome is available in English, Malay, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese. Tentome is subscription-based, managed outside the app.
