Store description excerpt
The paper coffee card that frays in your wallet, moved into your phone. tenStampd is a digital loyalty card app for local shops and the people who keep coming back to them. Customers collect stamps, shops hand out rewards, and nobody has to find a scrap of cardboard in the bottom of a bag. One app, two sides. Sign in and pick who you are. FOR CUSTOMERS • A wallet of cards — every shop you collect from, in one place • Show your member QR at the counter; staff scan it and the stamp lands on your phone straight away, no refresh • Watch the stamp ring fill, and see exactly what the next reward is • When a card is full, the reward is ready — hand it over with a tap, or read out the short code if scanning fails • Offers and birthday treats from the shops you actually visit, in one inbox • You choose what you hear about: offers, birthday messages and push notifications are separate switches you control, and off by default • Sign in with Face ID or fingerprint, and sign out and forget the phone whenever you want. Free for customers. Always. FOR SHOPS Run the whole loyalty programme from the same app your customers use. The counter • Scan a customer's code to add a stamp — a new customer's card is issued on their first visit, no sign-up queue at the till • See what a customer is owed the moment you scan them, and clear it with one button • The day at a glance: who came in, what was stamped, what was redeemed • A read-only shift roster for whoever is on duty The owner's side • Build your own card: your colours, your logo, your stamp mark, your reward, and how many stamps it takes. A points programme too, if stamps aren't your thing • A live preview while you build, and nothing reaches a customer's wallet until you publish • Send offers to your members, and birthday messages to the people having one • Statistics from real events, not estimates — a quiet Tuesday reads as a quiet Tuesday. Drill from year to month to week to day • A "when you're busy" heatmap built from your own trading hours • Customer feedback in one place • Staff: employees, permissions and PINs, the shift roster, and wages from the shifts people actually clocked • Multiple locations, all under one programme HOW A REWARD IS HANDED OVER Deliberately, by a person. When a card fills, staff see what is owed and hand it over at the counter — there is no till integration to install and nothing to reconcile at the end of the day. The four-character code is the fallback for when a camera won't cooperate. PLANS Shops subscribe: Free Basic covers 1 location, Plus covers 5, and Premium covers 6+. If you drop to a smaller plan, every location you already have keeps trading — the cap only limits opening another. A till should never stop because a card was declined. PRIVACY Shops see the name, email and phone number on the card you gave them, and only if you chose to share your contact details. Your profile is yours. You can delete your account from inside the app, and it is a real deletion. Built
