ALSFRS-R, PHQ-9, GAD-7, WHO-5 and daily check-ins. Results are summarized and can be shared with your care team. MEDICATION MANAGEMENT Keep track of your medications with reminders and a simple log. Tablets, capsules, drops, patches, inhalation — whatever the form, the app handles it. YOUR DATA BELONGS TO YOU Everything is end-to-end encrypted. No one but you can read your data — not even us. You decide who gets access: share data with your neurologist, involve your caregivers, or donate anonymized data to research — voluntary and revocable at any time. WORKS OFFLINE The app stores everything on your device. When you're back online, data syncs automatically — encrypted and secure. Use the app on phone and tablet, your data stays in sync across all devices.
