TEMPUS is a mobile app for recording employee attendance and working time on the Jurist Soft platform. It is designed for companies that need reliable and verifiable working-time records. ── FEATURES ── ✔ Check-in and check-out Check in at the start and check out at the end of your shift using the verification method set by your employer: QR code scan, GPS location check, Bluetooth beacon or face biometrics — or a combination of these methods. ✔ Automatic workplace detection (NEW) Turn it on in Settings (off by default). While it runs, TEMPUS shows a persistent notification and looks only for your employer's Bluetooth beacon. When you arrive at or leave work, check in or out directly from the notification, without opening the app. Turning the setting off stops the service. ✔ Bluetooth and GPS indicators (NEW) See the status right on the home screen: red – off, orange – not at the location, blue – at the location. ✔ Real-time shift tracking The home screen shows shift duration, total break time and remaining working time — all in real time. You choose the shift type when checking in. ✔ Offline mode No internet connection? TEMPUS stores your actions locally and syncs them automatically as soon as the connection is back. ✔ Break tracking Start a break by holding the button. Working time and breaks are recorded separately and accurately. ✔ Time-off requests Request annual leave, sick leave, late arrival or early departure directly from the app. Your manager can review the request for approval right away. ✔ Calendar Browse your attendance history month by month. Tap a date for a detailed view: shift, breaks, activities and personal reminders. ✔ Tasks, documents, evaluations and surveys (NEW) Tasks from your manager, internal company documents, self-assessment and surveys — on the home screen. ✔ Notifications Receive notices and HR messages from your employer directly in the app. ✔ Equipment View company equipment assigned to you — tools, devices, vehicles, protective gear. ✔ Guided tour and help (NEW) A guided tour on first launch and a Help screen explaining every element. ✔ 12 languages Serbian · English · German · French · Macedonian · Bosnian · Croatian · Montenegrin · Bulgarian · Romanian · Turkish · Slovenian ✔ Personalization Choose a light or dark theme, or one of 13 custom theme colors. ── IMPORTANT ── TEMPUS is a B2B app intended exclusively for employees of companies registered on the Jurist Soft platform. Location is used only to confirm attendance at check-in and check-out; the app does not track your movements.
