And in Notification Preferences, you decide what sounds on your phone and what doesn't: by category, with a silent schedule, and preview control. 🔹 Messages with your coach When your coach messages you, it will arrive on your phone, and you can reply directly from the app. FOR COACHES Plan training sessions for each athlete and group, organize classes and appointments, and communicate updates with announcements and private messages. Access requires an account created by the club.
