Store description excerpt

Telos is a personal growth app that helps you turn the things that matter to you into consistent action and visible progress. Instead of telling you what to pursue, Telos gives you the tools to define your own direction and track your movement over time. As a **Traveler**, you create **Aspects** that represent the areas of growth that matter to you, such as fitness, knowledge, discipline, creativity, or confidence. You then create **Quests**—recurring actions and practices that help you move within those areas. Completing Quests earns **Experience**, allowing your actions to accumulate into meaningful progression. As you gain enough Experience, you reach **Cairns**, Telos's level markers that represent how far you have traveled rather than how valuable or successful you are. Quests can be customized around factors such as frequency, difficulty, significance, and progression. Telos also uses progression systems designed to prevent simple repetition from becoming an unlimited source of Experience, including experience curves, annual experience limits, excess-progress handling, and lifetime scaling for recurring Quests. The core experience is simple: **Choose what matters. Create your Quests. Take action. Gain Experience. Reach Cairns. Keep moving.** Telos does not define what a meaningful life looks like, prescribe your goals, or measure your worth. **You decide what matters. Telos gives your journey structure and makes your progress visible.**
