TelemedDoctor Doctor App module, the user journey begins with a Welcome screen, followed by the Login page. To access the application, doctors must first register on the official web portal [online.medetel.in]; the credentials obtained during registration can then be used to log in to the mobile application. If a doctor forgets their password, they can initiate a password reset process by entering their registered mobile number, after which an OTP (One-Time Password) is sent to verify their identity and facilitate resetting the password. Upon successful login, the doctor is navigated to the Home screen, which consists of multiple modules, including Quick Consultation, Upcoming Consultations, and Pending Appointments. In the Pending Appointments section, doctors have the option to either Approve or Reject incoming appointment requests. If the doctor chooses to reject, the appointment is canceled. However, if the doctor approves the appointment, the system will display key patient information such as the Appointment Number, Appointment Date and Time, the patient’s Complaints, Allergies, and any Current Medications. Once an appointment is approved, it automatically transitions to the Upcoming Consultations list. In this section, doctors can review important details like the Patient ID, Appointment Number, and a summarized list of the patient’s reported complaints. If necessary, the doctor may choose to Reschedule the consultation; otherwise, they can proceed to Start the Meeting, which is enabled once the Consultation Fee has been successfully paid by the patient. During the live consultation session, the doctor is empowered to provide a comprehensive Prescription, recommend an appropriate Diet Plan, make Clinical Diagnoses, and suggest relevant Laboratory Tests. Following the consultation, the system allows the patient to book a Revisit Appointment if required, ensuring continuity of care and follow-up treatment.
