Navigate directly to the address from the shift card. Check in with GPS When you arrive, check in with a single tap. Teiro captures your GPS location and timestamp so your coordinator knows you're on site. If location is unavailable, you can check in manually -- the app won't block you from doing your job. Pre-shift briefing Before you start, review the care plan and notes from the previous visit. Everything your coordinator wants you to know is in one place, without needing to call or message first. Log incidents on the spot If something happens during a shift, file an incident report before you leave. Choose the type (fall, medication error, behavioural incident, near miss, and others), rate the severity, describe what happened, and record what actions you took. The report goes straight to your coordinator for review. Check out and record travel When the shift ends, check out and log any travel. Your checkout time and location are recorded automatically. Your schedule at a glance Swipe forward or back to see shifts for any day in the week. Tap any shift card to open the full details. Inbox and messages Receive notifications from your coordinator, respond to shift change requests, and view approval outcomes -- all in your inbox.
