The TEDUH application has been updated with a more user-friendly interface to provide a better application experience. This application brings together two main components, namely the TEDUH Portal and the National Housing Management System (SPRN) under the National Housing Department to make it easier for the public to obtain information and access various housing-related services in one platform. Through the TEDUH portal, users can obtain inclusive information on Public Housing, Private Housing, National Housing Department (JPN) products, Info for Buyers, Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ), Latest Announcements and Contact Us. SPRN now provides the PPR Rent Payment Online function through a mobile application that allows tenants to make rent payments without time limits in a secure environment. Users can also check payment records, arrears information and can download payment statements, receipts and invoices. This application focuses on displaying projects that are open for applications according to selected housing schemes. Complete information on the selected project can be viewed by application users, which can provide an initial overview before users make an application through the link shared for each relevant scheme. Among the selected schemes in this application are MyHOME, PPR, Rumah Transit, PPAM, Residensi Wilayah and PR1MA. There is also a function to check the application status for schemes under the supervision of the National Housing Department. It requires the applicant's identity card number and also the SPRN password to check the application status.
