Teams & Songs brings together everything a worship and praise team needs to organise: the songbook, the events, and who plays or sings on each song. All of it synced instantly across every phone in the group. No more sharing lyrics over WhatsApp, hunting for the right PDF among screenshots, or asking at the last minute who was assigned. A REPERTOIRE READY FOR THE STAGE • Lyrics with chords right above the syllable, in ChordPro format. • Transpose the key with one tap, without rewriting anything. • Current key indicator, already transposed. • Text zoom so you can read comfortably from the stand. • Auto-scroll with adjustable speed: keep your hands on the instrument. • Metronome with an accent on the first beat, following each song's time signature. • YouTube reference video in a floating window, without leaving the lyrics. • Sections recognised automatically: verse, chorus, bridge. EVENTS AND ASSIGNMENTS • Create rehearsals and services with their date and setlist. • Assign who plays each instrument and who sings on each song. • Set the general musicians who play throughout the whole event. • Organise the multimedia and service team by role: sound, projection, cameras, lighting, and any others you need. • Open any song from the event and see who plays what. • Share the event with your team on WhatsApp: the link opens the app right on that event. ADD A SONG IN SECONDS • Take a photo of the page, or share a screenshot with the app: it reads the page and puts each chord on its syllable. • Crop before accepting to leave out the header or the other column. • Works offline, and the photo never leaves your phone: it is deleted as soon as the text is out. • Bring the song in from a PDF: pick the file, look through the pages and tap the one you want. You can also share a PDF with the app from WhatsApp or Drive. • Or paste lyrics copied from anywhere and the app places the chords for you. YOUR GROUP, IN SYNC • Create a group and share a short code so others can join. • Changes appear instantly on every phone. • Five permission levels: owner, manager, musicians admin, multimedia admin and member. • Each person edits only what they should. • You can belong to several groups, with a different role in each. • Renew the invitation code whenever you want. NO USER LIMIT Your whole team fits, however big it is. There is no cap on members per group and no paid plan to raise it. If your ministry grows, the app grows with it. WORKS OFFLINE The repertoire is stored on your phone. You can read, play and rehearse with no connection, and changes upload by themselves once you are back online. Exactly what you need in a church with poor reception. EXPORT TO PDF Generate a booklet of the whole repertoire or just the songs you pick, in two columns with chords above the syllable, and share it anywhere.
