This system is here to create an efficient, centralized and collaborative solution in the employee development journey. Problems Solved by TClass: Decentralized Data: Provides integrated access to the historical journey of employee development and mandatory training. Limited Tracking Access: Makes it easier to track work plans and employee development in real-time. Mismatch of Competencies with Organizational Needs: Helps align employee competencies/skills with organizational needs (KPI). Manual Process: Automates HR development operational processes, reducing administrative burden. Insufficient Supervisor Involvement: Provides a platform for superiors to be actively involved in upskilling and reskilling of team members.
