The purpose of this tool is to develop a uniform, real time, accurate and transparent monitoring system to strengthen TCI team and review mechanism where data based decision making can be facilitated. A mobile app is developed as to create standardized monitoring mechanism for all the states and cities. Currently this is being used by 5 states (Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Odisha) . The number of states may vary (between 1-5), and the cities displayed are tailored according to the selected state and the logged-in user's location or access permissions. Key features- a. User friendly and Secure interface - User - friendly interface: Designed for ease of use, minimizing risk of data entry errors by validating across checkpoints and enhancing user experience for healthcare professionals. - Data security: Robust security measures including encryption and multi-layer authentication to protect sensitive information and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations. b. Coaching & gap analysis tool- - Ongoing real time checklists works as coaching tool as well for the team for course corrections in the facilities. c. Integrated mobile app - Integrated system- All the monitoring tools are in one place and everyone with a login and password can access the tools - Easy to Scale-It is easy to scale and rollout if program area is expanded. d. Real time data access and reporting- - Digital tool provide opportunity to fill real time data syncing facility. - Offline access to the tool and online submission. - Data can be saved for later use and edits. e. Ensures data quality and real time analysis - - Data quality- It also prevents duplication of records and also limits illogical responses which reduce the efforts of data cleaning. - Scoring- Real time scoring of the quality indicators, provides an ongoing status of the facility in different HII/HIP to improve.
