TBF Akademi; Türkiye Basketbol Federasyonu’nun koordinatörlüğünde 2017 yılının ağustos ayında hazırlıklarına başlanmış, 14 Nisan 2020 yılında erişime açılmıştır. Eğitimde teknolojinin gücünü kullanarak sporda erişilebilirliğin sınırlarını ortadan kaldıran ve bilgiyi basketbola gönül veren herkesle buluşturmayı hedefleyen TBF Akademi; eğitmen ve katılımcının aynı ortamda, aynı anda bulunmalarına gerek kalmadan gerçekleştirilen eğitim ve öğretim faaliyetlerinin yer aldığı uzaktan eğitim platformudur. TBF Akademi’de antrenör, hakem, yönetici, atletik performans antrenörü, veli, sağlık çalışanları, lig temsilcisi ve istatistik eğitimleri bulunmaktadır.
