TASKOPS is task execution for the ADHD brain. Not another list — the opposite of a list. You already have lists. Lists are where tasks go to age. TASKOPS is what you open when the list has failed you: type the thing you're avoiding, and it becomes a mission — one timed step on screen at a time. Never a pile. Never a count of everything left. HOW IT RUNS BRIEFING — Type what you're facing. TASKOPS breaks it into small timed steps. Answer three quick questions and the first step is on the clock in seconds; the rest of the plan builds itself in the background. EXECUTION — One step. One timer. COMPLETE it, or hit STUCK and the step shatters into something smaller. Run past the clock and the timer turns amber and keeps counting — the estimate was the app's, not a promise you made. Running long is information, not failure. DEBRIEF — Finish and you get a numeric receipt: what you did and how long it actually took. Proof of work your brain can't argue with. THE EQUIPMENT • LIVE ACTIVITY — the current step rides your lock screen and Dynamic Island; complete it without unlocking • STUCK LADDER — three levels of escalation: shatter the step, change the kind of attempt, or take a dignified exit that reroutes the plan • HOLD WITH RETURN TIMES — dock a mission and pick when it comes back; it returns as one quiet line, not a guilt trip • SCHEDULED OPS — arm a mission for a date and time; one notification carrying the next step's title, nothing else • STANDING ORDERS — recurring missions on the schedule you set • WIDGETS — home screen and lock screen; the armed countdown, or nothing • CALIBRATION — the clock quietly learns your real pace, per kind of work • FIELD NOTES — facts you approve get kept on file and quietly improve future plans • THE VAULT — iCloud backup of your missions and history; delete the app, reinstall, everything re-arms WHAT TASKOPS REFUSES TO DO No streaks. No scores. No red badges. No "you missed it." Ignore a notification and the app goes quiet — one reminder, then silence.
