Store description excerpt

Task Clock Body shows you what your body is biologically optimised for right now, based on the time of day and when you naturally wake up. Open it at 7am and it reads: Cortisol surge. Your alertness hormone is spiking. Drink water, get light, hold the coffee for ninety minutes. Open it at 10am: Peak cognitive — your sharpest hours. Working memory and executive function at their daily maximum. Tackle the hardest problem on your list. Do not spend this window on email. Open it at 2pm: Natural rest. Core body temperature has dipped, melatonin has briefly risen. Evolution built this into every human regardless of what they ate for lunch. A twenty-minute nap is the scientifically optimal response. Open it at 9pm: Wind down. Melatonin is already secreting. Dim the screens. The brain is preparing for sleep whether or not you feel tired. Nine biological states run across every day in the same order for every person. Their timing shifts forward or backward depending on chronotype — when you naturally wake without an alarm. The app asks that question once, on first launch, and adjusts every recommendation accordingly. Early bird, intermediate, or night owl: three options, one tap, no account. The app has one screen. It shows the current state, what is happening in the body, what to do right now, and when the next state begins. A thin timeline bar at the bottom shows the full twenty-four-hour arc. The needle marks where you are. No tracking. No history. No notifications. No subscription. Nothing is collected.
