Tapsora Staff is the app your floor team runs the shift on. Sign in with the account your restaurant issued you, and you get only the screens your role and your restaurant's plan cover. ON THE FLOOR Every table in one grid: vacant, running, billed, or waiting on a decision. Tap a vacant table to seat guests; tap a running one to open it. Each tile says what the table is waiting on — "2 ready", "In kitchen", "Bill printed". TAKING ORDERS The order pad opens on Dine-in, Takeaway / Parcel or Counter Sale. Search the menu, pick variants and add-ons, add a note, and fire the ticket. Kitchen tickets go to the kitchen the moment you confirm. IN THE KITCHEN Kitchen display mode is a fullscreen ticket board with NEW, PREPARING and READY lanes. The screen stays awake, tickets are readable across a pass, and one tap moves a ticket along. BILLING Generate the bill from the running table, apply a discount if your role allows it, then slide to settle — cash, card, UPI, or a cash-plus-UPI split with the change worked out for you. PRINTING Bills and kitchen tickets print to a Bluetooth or LAN thermal printer you pair once on the device. WHEN THE INTERNET DROPS Counter and takeaway sales keep working. Orders and bills are saved on the device and sync on their own once you are back online. ALSO INSIDE A bookings day view with seat-now, a board for online orders placed through your own storefront, a guest-order inbox a waiter must approve before anything reaches the kitchen, day close with a cash count and CSV export, and the day's sales by payment method and top-selling dish. Staff accounts are created by your restaurant's owner or manager on the Tapsora dashboard — there is no sign-up here. Works on iPhone and iPad, in light or dark.
