Store description excerpt

TapOut is the community-powered parking app built for UC Davis students. Tired of gambling $40+ on a ticket every time you park without a permit? TapOut turns the whole campus into your personal lookout. When someone spots a TAPS officer, every checked-in student gets an instant alert, so you can act fast and buy a ticket. HOW IT WORKS Check into your parking lot when you arrive. If TAPS shows up, anyone can hit "Report TAPS" and the whole lot gets notified immediately. Leave when you need to, or stay informed with live risk updates. RISK METER Not sure if it's safe right now? Our Risk Meter analyzes time of day, day of week, recent sightings, and historical patrol patterns to give you a real-time LOW / MEDIUM / HIGH read, before you even step out of your car. COMMUNITY FEED Browse recent TAPS sightings across all supported lots. Upvote or downvote reports to help the community know what's reliable. Filter by lot, see timestamps, and make smarter decisions in seconds. INTERACTIVE MAP Tap any lot on the UC Davis campus map to see live check-in counts, recent activity, and quick actions, all without leaving the map. GLOBAL CHAT Something happening on campus? Drop a note in the campuswide chat. AI-moderated to keep it safe. SUPPORTED LOTS Hutchinson Structure · Memorial Union · ARC / Lot 25 · Tercero / Lot 47. (we're always adding lots, so keep your eyes peeled for new ones) Disclaimer: TapOut cannot report all TAPS agents and does not guarantee 100% accuracy. Always park at your own risk.
