Tana is born from an university chemistry lab, where 1 team of 50 students located on 3 separate rooms. Thousands of chemicals and tons of equipments were consumed every day and night, some chemicals took more than a week to get delivered from supplier, which was a huge pain for managers to get inventories under control. Fighting with Excel spreadsheet wasn't enough for such a case. So we built Tana, an intuitive app for collaborative management. Key features - Easily track who used what. - All you need is a mobile, no need to open your computer! - Scan a barcode printed in any item to manage inventories. - AirPrint available! Print Tana QR Code for items that doesn't have barcode. Secure and Safe - Your data will be stored in a cloud database and stored with triple back-ups to prevent any data loss. - All connections are secured with the highest standard TLS encryption. - Using Google sign-in so that you don't need to manage a specific password for Tana. It's much easier and accurate than using Excel spreadsheet to keep track of your inventories!
