Semua Complaint/ Task kedepannya tentang bugs, backdoor dan enhancement baik internal maupun external dapat di dilaporkan via mobile. Fungsi TAMS adalah untuk mengontrol/mermonitoring baik task tersebut chargeable atau tidak. Dan kedepannya Customer Visiting juga dapat di akses via mobile. Fungsi A.M atau Account Manager adalah Personnel yang di assign oleh Customer dan Internal Company sebagai penaggung jawab terhadap Project yang sedang berjalan. Account Manager dari kedua belah pihak akan menjadi penanggung jawab selama process Implementation, sedangkan setelah Project Hand Over maka untuk A.M Internal akan diganti menjadi Department Customer Support. Untuk kasus seperti Lippo Group yang terdiri dari banyak Mall maka A.M Internal baru akan di serahkan ke Customer Support setelah semua Malls telah berjalan dan Hand Over. Tidak semua Task yang berhubungan dengan Customer dapat di view oleh Customer tersebut kecuali yang memasukkan Task tersebut adalah Customer sendiri. Task yang dimasukkan oleh Internal Company untuk Customer secara default tidak bisa di view oleh Customer kecuali oleh A.M di tentukan lain. Task akan diisi oleh Customer langsung sesuai User yang sudah di assign. Satu Customer bisa terdiri dari beberapa User ID tetapi hanya akan ada satu A.M. Jika Task diisi oleh Customer tetapi bukan A.M Customer maka Task tersebut harus di approve terlebih dahulu oleh A.M Customer. Sebelum di approve maka Task tersebut tidak bisa di schedulekan untuk pengerjaan. Begitu juga dengan Task yang dikenakan ManDays atau ManMonth harus di approve oleh A.M Customer terlebih dahulu.
