Our Mobile Technical Service App Features Customer Management Our app displays customer information in detail, providing quick access to address and device information. Opening a Service Request Users can easily create new troubleshooting reports and add photos and videos from their mobile devices. Work Order Management Technicians view assigned work orders via the mobile app and instantly update the job status (started, completed, postponed, etc.). Calendar and Appointment Viewing Daily and weekly work schedules are displayed via the app's calendar. Live Location and Navigation Technicians are guided to the customer's address using maps and navigation. Spare Parts and Material Usage Spare parts used during service are selected via the mobile app and automatically deducted from stock. Transaction and Photo Recording Transactions are recorded via the mobile app, and the device's current status is documented with photos. Customer Approval and Digital Signature After service, customer approval is obtained with a digital signature, and a PDF service report is automatically generated. Online / Offline Operation Our application works even when there is no internet connection; records are kept offline and automatically synchronized when a connection is restored. Notifications and Alerts New work orders, cancellations, or changes are displayed as push notifications in our application.
