TailTalk is not a template-style “pet translator.” It is a sound and interaction profile built around each individual pet. TailTalk brings together real vocalizations, context, acoustic cues, and owner observations to help you understand the patterns of the same pet over time. PERSONAL VOICE BETA FOR YOUR CAT Record or import gentle vocalizations for a cat profile. After cat-sound, quality, and safety checks, compatible devices can train a personal voice adapter on device. Generated results express interaction intent and pass through a safety gate; unsafe results, errors, or timeouts fall back to safe real cat sounds. This Beta requires TailTalk Plus, a cat profile, and a compatible device. PROBABILISTIC INSIGHT WITH EVIDENCE Record 3–15 seconds of a pet vocalization and add the surrounding context. Review possible emotions, ranked candidates, acoustic evidence, alternative explanations, and practical suggestions. TailTalk shows uncertainty instead of presenting results as literal translation. OWNER FEEDBACK BECOMES A LEARNING SIGNAL Record whether your pet approached, relaxed, vocalized again, or showed no obvious change, then tell TailTalk whether the assessment fit. Your observations become part of that pet’s local profile rather than a generic answer. COMPARE EACH PET WITH ITS OWN BASELINE As qualified recordings and feedback accumulate, TailTalk develops an individual sound baseline, recent patterns, and a long-term history for each pet—without relying only on breed labels. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account is required and no advertising trackers are used. Pet profiles, original recordings, personal-voice samples and models, analysis summaries, and feedback stay on the current device. They use system file protection, are never uploaded, and are excluded from iCloud backup. TailTalk also supports cat and dog sound analysis, low-arousal interaction sounds, and separate pet histories. Personal Voice Beta currently supports cats only. Safety note: use a comfortable volume, keep playback brief, and always observe your pet’s body language.
