Taiko Trainer brings precise rhythm practice, kuchi-shōga composition, conditioning, and meditation into one focused app. PRACTICE WITH PRECISION Choose a jiuchi, load a song, and train against one exact clock. Set the tempo up to 250 BPM, select a loop directly on the beat track, and navigate long arrangements with an interactive song map. Playback continues in the background with lock-screen controls, and stays in sync even if connected through Bluetooth headphones or speakers. BUILD KUCHI-SHŌGA Create a reusable on-device library of words, sentences, and complete songs. Compose with named phrases, repeats, grouped rhythms, dynamics, tempo changes, tags, and compact display names. Preview an entire arrangement or only the selected beats. TRAIN THE WHOLE PRACTICE Run a guided two-minute circuit with precise 40-second Abs, Arms, and Legs intervals, spoken transitions, and countdowns. Choose an Apple Music playlist and Taiko Trainer automatically lowers the music for announcements. RECOVER WITH INTENTION Set a meditation duration, choose an optional playlist, and begin and finish with a soft ding. Music fades gradually before the closing silence. EXPAND YOUR LIBRARY The Store offers professionally prepared practice songs and an optional Song Builder unlock. No account is required. Your custom kuchi-shōga library stays on your device.
