Takheem was set up as per Amiri Decree No (6) of year 2009, on 22nd of March 2009, issued by His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammad Al Qassimi, member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah. Arbitration can mean everything to you and your business. That’s why we don’t rest until we reach a common goal. We provide highly skilled arbitrators who use our proven arbitration process to save you time and money. We offer efficiency, speed and results. We can even administer arbitration when you have another arbitrator written into your contract. As part of our mission, Takheem continues to propagate a culture of arbitration among law practitioners, professionals and businesspeople on a local, regional and international level. Along with our other duties to both our clients and our communities at large, we offer exceptional training in arbitration certification.
