This app allows you to access selected data from tacoss.eTRADE via tablets and smartphones. Taking into account the preset workflow and distribution settings, you can upload and view invoices on the go and approve them for sending them to your customers. The approval is carried out on the principle of dual control by the persons responsible in your company, such as the managing director, head of the finance department or sales manager. For each invoice, you can see who has to release it, whose release has already been made, and whose release is still missing. By approving in the app, the invoices in tacoss.ePRINT are transferred to the print file to be created for sending to your customers. General settings for the print file are taken into account as well as the different dispatch types (File, FTP, E-mail, E-POST), which are set up in advance and controlled by the recipient (customers, customer accounts).
