Check your usual dinners against the food rules saved for each person and date. Bring your supplied elimination or reintroduction plan and meals you already cook. - Find saved meals that match the selected date's rules. - See the person, ingredient and rule behind a flag. - Replace a dinner or copy a meal to make your own variation. - Plan the week and build a grocery list with amounts you enter. Try the fictional dinner example free. Personal planning requires a subscription. You enter meal ingredients and each person's exclusions, source and dates. Matching uses exact names: “milk”, “whole milk” and “dairy” are different entries. Tablekind does not supply recipes or a dietary program, infer hidden ingredients or portion limits, or declare food safe. Check current labels, cross-contact and your supplied plan. Private rules, documents and history stay protected on this device, excluded from iCloud backup. Optional iCloud sharing coordinates generic schedules and groceries. Private rules and familiar meal names need encrypted export/import and do not sync automatically. Eligible new subscribers get two weeks free, then $5.99/month. Auto-renews until canceled in App Store settings. Existing information stays readable, exportable and deletable without active access. One subscription can cover your household's two planners in the same Apple Family Sharing group when the purchaser enables Share with Family.
