Taac! is the mail client that puts AI to work on your inbox without ever taking the controls away from you. Connect an IMAP/SMTP account — your own domain, Gmail, Outlook, iCloud — and mail arrives sorted: every unread message is triaged, replies are drafted for you, and they wait in a queue until you approve them. FOUR LEVELS OF AUTONOMY You decide how much the AI may do: from suggestions only, up to autonomous sending strictly within the rules and permissions you set. Every automatic action is written to an audit log you can read. WHAT YOU GET • Automatic triage of unread mail by priority and topic • Reply drafts ready to review, with your signature • Approval queue: accept or discard each proposed action with one tap • Rules written in your own words ("archive newsletters from X"), applied before the AI sees the mail • Conversation view gathering Inbox, Sent and Archive in one thread • A dependable outbox: if the network drops, the message stays queued and retries by itself • Scheduled send and snooze • One-tap newsletter unsubscribe • On-device search plus IMAP server search for older mail • Push notifications for the mail that matters • Address book with autocomplete • English and Italian interface, light and dark themes PRIVACY Mailbox credentials live in the system Keychain. Messages stay on the device. Sync between your devices is end-to-end encrypted with a key generated on device that we never transmit. AI features are optional: with no API key configured, no content leaves the device. No ads, no trackers, no profiling. PREMIUM (optional) The AI features can run on Taac!'s own model with a Premium subscription: Basic includes 2 million AI tokens a month, Pro 5 million. It is bought in the app, starts with a 7-day free trial and renews automatically until you cancel it in Settings -> Apple Account. You can instead keep using your own provider API key, with no subscription at all. REQUIREMENTS An existing IMAP/SMTP email account is required. Gmail and accounts with two-factor authentication need an "app password" generated by the provider, not your normal password.
