You know what you have to do - you just can't get started. T-BreakAI is a task manager and to-do list app that uses AI to break a big task down into small steps you can actually begin. Pick a task, tap "Split with AI", and work through the steps one by one. ■ Made for you if - You install to-do apps but never get past writing things down - You don't know how to break a large project or study plan into pieces - You have so much to do that you can't decide where to begin - You want task management to become a habit, but it never sticks ■ Features ◆ AI breaks tasks into steps you can start Give it something vague like "prepare the presentation" and the AI suggests concrete subtasks. Each suggestion comes with an estimated time and a difficulty level (easy / normal / hard), so you can see what you have room for right now. Add only the ones you want, or add them all at once. ◆ Progress that builds itself Check off a subtask and the parent task's progress ring and "3/5 - 60%" counter update. Finish them all and the parent task completes on its own. ◆ Kanban board Three columns - To Do, In Progress and Done - show the flow of your work at a glance. Drag a card to the next column, or use the arrow buttons on the card, to change its status. You can also zoom in on a single column. ◆ Calendar A month view shows which days have deadlines. Tap a date to see the tasks due that day and add a new one right there. ◆ Reminders that catch what you forget Each task can notify you anywhere from 5 minutes to 1 week before its deadline - eight options in all. A morning summary at 8:00 lists what is due today and what is overdue. Tap a notification to open that task directly. ◆ Search, filter and sort Search across titles, descriptions, memos and tags. Filter by status, priority, tag, or whether a due date is set. Sort by created date, updated date, priority, due date or title. Your settings are still there next time you open the app. ◆ Bulk editing Select several tasks to add a tag to all of them or delete them together. ◆ Dark mode Switch between light and dark so the app stays readable anywhere. ■ Three steps to use it 1. Pick the suggested subtasks you want and add them ■ Pricing and ads - Every feature is free to use - No in-app purchases - Ads are a single banner at the bottom of the screen, and it stays hidden until the first time you use AI splitting ■ Before you start - No account or sign-in needed - open the app and start - Your tasks are stored on your device - AI splitting needs an internet connection.
