Everyone in the house sees the same week. Synergy puts your family's calendar, to-do lists, meals and documents in one place, so nobody has to ask what is happening on Thursday. It works with the calendars you already keep. Connect Apple, Google or Outlook and those events show up next to the family's plans, so you get one honest picture of the week instead of three half-pictures. ONE CALENDAR, EVERYONE ON IT Add the school run, the work trip and the dentist in one place. Make your own calendars, colour them, and share a calendar with the people who actually need it rather than with everyone. Month, week and day views. Pinch to zoom into a busy day, or open the week full screen when the schedule is packed. Holidays and trips run as one bar across the days instead of repeating on each one. YOUR EXISTING CALENDARS, LEFT ALONE Connect Apple or Google and your events are imported read only. Synergy never edits or deletes anything in a calendar you connect. Events you create in Synergy are written to a separate calendar of its own, so the two never get tangled. Outlook connects with a published calendar link, so a work calendar can come along without handing over your work account. INVITE PEOPLE, GET A STRAIGHT ANSWER Invite family or friends to an event and they can accept or decline. Their answer comes back to you in chat, so you are not left guessing who is coming. Organising with people who are not on Synergy yet? Send the invite by text with a link. LISTS THAT OTHER PEOPLE ACTUALLY PICK UP Keep separate lists for the things that deserve them: groceries, packing, the endless house list. Assign a to-do to someone and it lands in their Shared list, so it is clear who is doing what without another conversation about it. MEALS, RECEIPTS AND THE PAPERWORK Plan the week's meals and share the plan. Save quick links, warranty receipts and school forms where both of you can find them. Receipts are stored privately and are only ever visible to you. IT TELLS YOU WHAT YOU ASKED IT TO Turn on reminders for events, invites and chat messages, each one separately, or none of them. Rundown sends a single summary of what is coming up, in the morning or the evening, at a time you choose. WORKS WHEN THE SIGNAL DOES NOT Keep adding and editing on the train or in the school car park. Everything you did is sent up the moment you are back on. PLANS Personal is free and covers the shared family calendar, to-dos, meals, documents and chat. Personal+ adds calendars of your own, calendar sharing, to-do assignment and shared meal planning.
