WHAT YOU CAN DO • Today view — see today's tasks, mark them complete, and watch yourprogress ring fill up • Check-ins — log weight, blood pressure, and symptoms, and see your own 7-day trends • Care plan — read the plan your care team has shared with you, in plain language • Messages — securely message your care team and get replies in the app • Directory — browse your practice's providers and send a structured inquiry • Uploads — share photos and documents (PDF, JPEG, PNG, HEIC) privately with your care team BUILT FOR PRIVACY • Your account is protected by your password plus a 6-digit PIN, with optional Face ID / fingerprint unlock • Health information is never stored on your device • Push notifications never contain health details • Files you share are kept in private, encrypted storage, visible only to your authorized care team Synectra Health is provided through participating clinics and non-clinical care practices.
