Swish Merchant is a secure Point of Sale (POS) application designed for registered Swish merchants in Zambia. It enables businesses to accept mobile money and card payments quickly and reliably from any Swish-enabled POS device. KEY FEATURES - USSD Mobile Money Payments Accept payments from MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, and Zamtel Kwacha customers. Simply enter the transaction amount and the customer's phone number to initiate a secure USSD payment request. - Card Payments via Payment Link Send a secure card payment link directly to a customer's phone via SMS. The customer completes the payment online using their Visa or Mastercard, and the merchant is notified instantly upon confirmation. - QR Code Payments Generate and display a merchant QR code for customers to scan and initiate payments directly from their device. - Transaction History View and filter all past transactions by date, status, and payment type. Monitor payment confirmations in real time. - Daily Reconciliation Print daily reconciliation reports directly from the POS device to track total transaction volumes and amounts. - Merchant Profile View outlet details, till ID, and merchant information at a glance. Sign out securely when needed. SECURITY All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Merchant credentials are stored using device-level hardware-backed encryption. Card payments are processed through CyberSource in alignment with PCI DSS standards.
