Most apps ask eight questions and hand you a program. Swiip takes about four minutes too — but next to every exercise it tells you which of your answers put it there. WHAT IT DOES • Eight cards, about four minutes. Only questions that actually change your program. • A training program built around where you train, what equipment you can reach and how many days you really have. • Calorie and macro targets calculated from your own numbers. • Food logging that is free and unlimited on every plan. • A coach that answers using your data, not generic advice. EVERY DECISION IS TRACEABLE Under each exercise you can read why it is there: which answer, which rule. The explanation is not a sentence a language model made up — it is the solver's decision trail. THE MATHS IS A FORMULA, THE LANGUAGE IS AI Volume, progressive overload, deload, 1RM, calories and macros are all deterministic formulas. Language models are inconsistent at arithmetic and in a health context that is not acceptable. Add the same food twice and you get the same macros — every time. Nutrition values always come from a database. WHAT WE DELIBERATELY DO NOT DO • No badges, streaks, confetti or celebration animations. • No ads or upsells for people who already pay. • Cancelling is one tap, at the top of Settings, never hidden. • Your body photo is deleted the moment it is analysed. Only the measurements are kept. • Estimates are shown as ranges, never as a single number. PLANS Free: body analysis once, day one of your program, manual calorie logging. Basic and Pro add weekly progression, meal planning and — on Pro — food recognition from a photo. Swiip is not a medical device and does not diagnose. The numbers it gives are estimates.
