WHAT YOU CAN SEE • Recent activity around the home — movement, temperature and whether the front door has been opened • The last two weeks of readings from each sensor, so you can see the pattern rather than a single moment • The current care plan and the goals being worked towards • The latest notes written by carers after their visits HOW ACCESS WORKS Access is arranged by the care provider, not by signing up here. Your relative's provider adds you as a named contact and you sign in with the mobile number they already hold for you — no password to remember, and no public registration. WHO IT IS FOR SweetTree Circle of Support is used by families across the home care sector. Any home care organisation using the SweetTree Connect platform can offer it to the relatives of the people it supports, so the app serves families supported by many different providers rather than the staff or clients of a single company. PRIVACY Sensors are fitted in a person's home only with their agreement, and they show activity — movement, temperature, doors — never video or audio. You see information about your own relative only.
