It is a workplace tool for authorised carers only: accounts are provisioned by SweetTree Connect on behalf of the care provider, and the app cannot be used without one. It is not intended for members of the public. What carers use it for: • Recording outcome goal scores during and after visits • Recording monitored events for the individuals they support • Reviewing the care plan items assigned to each visit • Receiving work alerts by push notification Your organisation's care records remain managed on behalf of the responsible care provider. Data is encrypted in transit, and access requires an authorised, authenticated account.
