Switching phones should not mean losing things, and it should not mean handing your life to a server first. Swapport moves your photos, videos and contacts straight from your old phone to your new one, over your own Wi-Fi. There is no account to create, no cloud to upload to, and nothing is stored anywhere in between. The two phones talk to each other directly, and that is the whole design. WORKS BOTH WAYS BETWEEN iPhone AND Android Android to iPhone, iPhone to Android, or between two phones of the same kind. YOU GET A RECEIPT, NOT A PROMISE Most transfer tools say "done" and leave you to discover what is missing weeks later. Swapport ends with an honest, itemised receipt of what actually happened: • what moved, verified item by item • what needs one tap from you, and exactly which tap • what cannot move, and why, with what to do instead Every item is checked with a SHA-256 hash on arrival. "Moved" means the file is on the new phone and was verified there, not that we think we sent it. NOTHING IS DELETED FROM YOUR OLD PHONE Swapport only ever reads. Your old phone is untouched, so if anything goes wrong, nothing is lost. IF IT GETS INTERRUPTED, IT PICKS UP WHERE IT STOPPED Wi-Fi drops, a phone call, walking out of range: the transfer resumes from the exact byte it reached instead of starting over. DOCUMENTS AND OTHER FILES You can add documents and other files to a transfer. These land in your Downloads folder when the receiving phone is an Android. An iPhone does not allow apps to write files there, so when you are moving TO an iPhone, Swapport moves your photos, videos and contacts and tells you plainly that the files could not be saved rather than quietly dropping them. HONEST ABOUT WHAT PHONES WILL NOT LET US MOVE Some things are locked away by the phone itself, not by us. iMessage history, app logins and app data, eSIM plans and some messaging backups cannot be moved by any third-party app. Swapport does not pretend otherwise. It tells you which ones apply to you and points you to the official route where one exists. PRIVATE BY DESIGN, NOT BY POLICY • No account, no sign-in, no email address • No cloud, no server, no copy kept anywhere • Your photos and messages are never opened, indexed or logged • Each transfer is encrypted with a fresh key, created by scanning a QR code on the other phone, and both phones must agree before anything moves
