Pick up to 3 emergency contacts from your address book. 2. Check in once a day with your 4-digit code to confirm you're fine — then nothing is sent. 3. Miss the check-in and your emergency contacts are notified automatically by email and SMS, including your last known location. You set the rhythm: a 24-hour check-in window (standard) or a shorter 12-hour window.
