Survey Scriber allows the user to conduct a property inspection effortlessly at the end of which the inspection report is autogenerated. The mobile app allows the user to inspect a property to determine its condition systematically, and by clicking a few buttons and entering limited texts, a full inspection report is automatically generated and sent to the user’s email for final editing, before the report is sent to the client. - The app is organized using the RICS HomeBuyer Report template, and most surveyors will already be familiar with it, it represents a step-by-step approach to carrying out a successful property inspection. - Electronically store inspection reports, on your device, computer or cloud, including your notes and floorplan sketches, removing the need for physical paper storage and associated difficulties. - Saves your time on your inspection and reduces the time you spend preparing your inspection report. - It reduced report errors due to real-time inspection observation recording and report generation. - Easily retrieve archived reports stored electronically on your device, computer, or in the cloud. - Produced standardised reports using database phrases.
