SupMup answers one question first: is it a good time to paddle, right now, where you are? It reads live wind speed, gusts, direction and temperature for your spot and turns them into a plain verdict — from "Go paddle" to "Stay on the beach" — with the reason behind it. Tap any hour to see the next twelve, or search another beach before you drive out to it. CONDITIONS • Live wind, gusts, direction and temperature • A clear verdict instead of raw numbers, with the reasoning shown • Twelve-hour outlook so you can pick your window • Check any spot by name before you travel RECORD YOUR PADDLE • GPS route, distance, duration, average and top speed • Keeps tracking with the screen off, so nothing is lost when your phone goes in a dry bag • The conditions you went out in are saved with the session • Every paddle is private or public by your choice, and you can change it later THE FEED • See where other paddlers went and what the water was doing • Like and comment • Share a session as an image, with the start and end of your route trimmed by default so you are not publishing your launch point LEARN • Short technique, safety, turning and self-rescue videos for people starting out SupMup does not track you across other apps. Analytics is off unless you switch it on. A note on judgement: the conditions rating is guidance built on forecast data, which can differ from what the water is actually doing. It is not a safety guarantee. Check local warnings, wear a leash and a buoyancy aid, and paddle within your limits.
