Superkids is a project we started to inspire and motivate kids, parents and families to be more physically active and to create healthy habits. We have created a big workout library, many different programs, challenges, e-books, community, blog and other resources for kids and families to choose from. And more workouts and programs will be added every month. The Superkids app is designed to help you stay inspired and motivated. A Membership gives you access to: PROGRAMS AND CHALLENGES FOR ALL AGES AND FITNESS LEVELS I have created a big collection of different programs and challenges for different ages and levels to choose from. HOME WORKOUTS FOR ALL FITNESS LEVELS Whatever age and fitness level you’re at, tune in for a workout with Superkids. The workouts are made exclusively for members and are appropriate for all fitness levels. All you have to do is press play and let us take you through the rest. Enjoy new, fun, and effective workouts every month. And revisit your favorite past workouts anytime. COMMUNITY You will, in the app, also find a great community with runners to share, inspire and motivate with. E-BOOKS AND MOTIVATIONAL TOOLS You will, in the app, also find everything from E-books, nutritional guidelines, and recipes to trackers and other motivational tools and activities.
