SuperFii is an app for you to track your portfolio of Real Estate Investment Funds (REITs) and receive notifications when dividends are announced. The focus is on simplicity: you register the REITs you bought through your brokerage, record the transactions (purchase, sale, subscription), and the app calculates your position, average cost, and the dividends you are entitled to. WHAT SUPERFII DOES - Portfolio registration: add REITs, quantities, and average prices - Transaction history: purchases, sales, subscriptions, and amortizations - Manual dividend posting when the official source is delayed - Automatic notifications of new dividends, with toggle by REIT - Silent mode by configurable time and time zone - "Account" screen with your data, privacy policy, and deletion options - Works in anonymous mode before Google login - Simple login with Sign in with Google, no password to remember WHAT SUPERFII DOES NOT DO - It is not a brokerage firm — you continue buying your REITs where you already buy them - Does not execute buy or sell orders - Does not receive, hold, or move money - Does not provide investment recommendations - Does not ask for CPF (Brazilian tax ID), bank details, or brokerage account number - Does not access contacts, location, photos, microphone, or camera WHO IT IS FOR Individual investors over 18 years of age who have REITs in a brokerage firm and want a simple place to track your position and receive dividend alerts.
