SundriesBook is a ledger for renting merchandise you define yourself. There is no built-in catalog and no preset category list. You add the types of goods you hire out, then add the items under them. WHAT YOU CAN DO Your catalog Create any category name you need, then add items with a name, SKU, stock count, and daily rate. Rename or remove categories as your stock changes. Rentals Assign an item to a customer, set the return date, extend the hire, or mark it returned. Each active rental shows a live countdown to due-back. Billing Issue invoices for rental, deposit, damage, accessories, or late fees. Search bills by item or customer and follow overdue amounts. Collections Record payments against open invoices. See a day’s take in a list, chart, or calendar. Office Keep customers, rentals, and desk notes in one place. Set currency, invoice day, and late-fee rules. Pin follow-ups for damage, late returns, and billing queries. You decide every category and every item. It is for anyone who rents goods from a counter.
