Store description excerpt
Summit turns a smart ring into a readiness, sleep and recovery tracker that never talks to the internet. Requires a Summit Smart Ring (compatible with Colmi R02 hardware). Summit is a companion app for the ring. Without one it has nothing to read, there is no phone-only mode. EVERYTHING STAYS ON YOUR PHONE Summit makes no network requests of any kind. No account, no sign-in, no analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising. Turn off every connection your phone has and the app works exactly the same, because there is no server for it to miss. WHAT IT SHOWS • Readiness — one score for how recovered you are today • Sleep — duration, stages, and a score for the night • Heart rate and stress through the day • Steps and activity • Body Clock — your chronotype, and how your schedule sits against it WIDGETS Home screen widgets in two sizes with a choice of mountain backdrop, and Lock Screen widgets for readiness, sleep score, sleep duration and ring battery. HONEST NUMBERS Where the ring hasn't measured something, Summit shows a dash — never a zero. A fabricated number is worse than a missing one. YOUR DATA, YOUR CONTROL Export everything Summit holds to one readable file and read it back, for a new phone, or just to see what's stored. Deleting the app deletes everything, because there's nothing anywhere else. Summit is not a medical device. Its measurements and scores are estimates for general wellness only, and can't diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition.
