SubhX Nexus is the employee app for organisations running on the SubhX HR platform. It brings attendance, leave, payroll documents, approvals and team communication into a single place, so your team can get through the admin side of work quickly and get back to the actual work. You sign in with your work email — your organisation issues the account. ATTENDANCE • Check in and out from your assigned office, with location verification • Review your own attendance history day by day • See your shift and roster information LEAVE • Apply for leave in a few taps and track its approval status • Check your remaining balance before you apply • Browse the organisation calendar and upcoming holidays PAY AND EXPENSES • Open and download your payslips • Raise reimbursement claims and follow them through to settlement DAILY WORK • File your daily status report • Track tickets and support requests you have raised • Handle the approvals waiting on you • Join meetings and keep up with what your team is doing COMMUNICATION • Message colleagues one to one or in groups • Share photos and documents • Voice and video calls built in YOUR PROFILE • Keep your work profile and personal details current • Review documents your organisation has issued to you • Built-in authenticator for two-factor sign-in WORKS WHEN THE NETWORK DOESN'T Your recent data is cached on the device, so the app opens instantly and stays readable when you lose signal. Anything you submit while offline is queued and sent once you reconnect. NOTE: SubhX Nexus requires an account issued by your employer. It is not a personal productivity app and you cannot create an account from inside the app.
