Studyfolio is a private student progress portfolio for families and older students who want one calm place to keep school evidence over many years. Create one local archive for each student, then organize reports, teacher feedback, assignments, certificates, projects, study notes, reflections, and achievements across schools, academic years, subjects, modules, and teachers. Studyfolio helps you: - Preserve original PDFs, images, documents, and other attachments - View content in a chronological timeline - Track schools, teachers, subjects, modules, and academic periods - Add notes, comments, extracted text, and tags - Export filtered content as PDF or Markdown - Prepare anonymized text exports for sharing or outside review - Keep each student archive as a portable file you control Privacy is the point. Studyfolio does not require an account, does not depend on cloud sync, and is designed around local archive files. Archives can be password-protected, and recent files are remembered without storing the archive password. Use Studyfolio for weekly teacher comments, formal school reports, portfolio evidence, writing samples, certificates, project reflections, study planning notes, and the small progress signals that are easy to lose across a long education journey. Studyfolio is not tied to any school platform. Import files and notes manually from wherever you already have them, and keep the long-term learning record in your own hands.
