Structra turns a property walkthrough into a defect report you can hand to a developer, contractor or landlord. Built for UAE handovers — apartments, villas and office fit-outs — it keeps the whole job in one place: set up the property, capture evidence room by room, then generate an AI-assisted snagging report with recommended corrective work. SET UP THE PROPERTY IN SECONDS Name the inspection, pick apartment, villa, office or other, and set how many of each room type there are. Structra names them for you — Bedroom 1, Bedroom 2, Bathroom 1 — so you are not typing room labels on site. GUIDED CAPTURE, ROOM BY ROOM Each room walks you through a seven-shot checklist: full room overview, ceiling and lighting, each wall, floor and skirting, windows and doors, fixtures and fittings, and any visible defects up close. Shoot with the camera or pull in existing photos from your library. QUALITY CHECKS BEFORE YOU LEAVE Structra flags photos that come back too dark or too small to be useful, and nudges you when a room has fewer than three shots — so you find out on site, not back at the office. AI-ASSISTED FINDINGS When you are done capturing, Structra reviews the photo set and returns an executive summary plus individual findings. Each one carries a severity — critical, major, minor or observation — a description of what is visible, and practical corrective work for whoever has to fix it. EVERY DEFECT PINPOINTED Findings are drawn straight onto the evidence: a coloured box marks the defect on the photo it was found in, so there is no ambiguity about which crack or stain is being referred to. EXPORT AS PDF Export the full report — summary, severity counts and every annotated finding — as a PDF, and send it through any app on your phone. PICK IT BACK UP LATER Inspections stay on your device and sync to your account. Add photos to a finished inspection and regenerate the report when snags get re-checked. WHAT YOU NEED A Structra account (email and password, confirmed with a six-digit code). An internet connection is required to generate reports. Structra produces AI-assisted visual inspection output. Findings are based on the photos you submit and should be reviewed by a competent person before formal or contractual use. Structra is not a substitute for a licensed engineering or structural survey.
