[Personal Development Plans]: Mentors provide guidance and advices for mentees in achieving their personal development. [Financial Support]: Each mentee receives a start-up sum to spend under the mentor's guidance for achieving their personal development plan. Upon successful completion of the program, mentees are awarded a scholarship for their own deployment based on acquired financial planning concepts.
