Strikt counts supported exercises in real time and shows technique feedback when the camera has enough evidence. Pose analysis runs on-device. TRAIN WITH A PLAN • Build a week around your goals, experience, available days, session duration, focus and limitations. • Open each guided session from a compact weekly calendar and see its exact movement roster. • Useful foundations repeat across the week, so progress stays comparable instead of changing exercises at random. MOVE THROUGH YOUR DAY • Add three optional movement snacks: tiny sets designed to fit between full sessions. • Choose when your day starts. The first opportunity appears 75 minutes later, then about every 3½ hours. • Strikt never guesses sleep or wake-up from phone inactivity or pickup. COMPETE YOUR WAY • Race a pacer or challenge a friend. • Compare repeatable benchmarks and climb the standings. • Optional live race video is mutual, has no audio and is never recorded or stored. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Pose processing happens on your device. Your camera feed is not uploaded for coaching. Optional live race video is a separate, consent-based stream between participants.
