It answers in character, remembers what you choose to keep, and writes your days back to you. TALK, ANY TIME Type the message you'd normally delete. Your pet replies in a few short messages, in character, with no advice unless you ask for it. Not sure how to start? Pick a prompt: "I just need someone to listen", "Distract me from everything", or a quick check-in on your day. SAY IT OUT LOUD Prefer talking? Live Voice lets you speak with your pet out loud when typing isn't the right fit. You start and end every session yourself, and the cost is shown before you begin. Forget it, and it's gone. READ YOUR DAYS BACK Guided reflection turns a messy evening into a few saved lines. Your pet also keeps its own journal about the days you share. Both live in one place you can open any time. TRY THE WORDS BEFORE THE MOMENT Practice the conversation you keep putting off: the roommate talk, the text you keep rewriting, the ask you've been avoiding. Rehearse it in chat, then get a short read on what landed, what got fuzzy, and one line you can actually use. A PET, NOT A TASK No streaks. No guilt. Your pet is there when you open the app and quiet when you don't. Home screen widgets keep it close. MAKE IT YOURS Name your pet. Hatch new characters over time, or design your own in Pet Studio. If you connect Health Connect, your daily steps earn Hearts you can spend on food and eggs. That part is optional. FREE TO START Chat, reflection, and Practice are free to start. Stride Pro and credit packs add more conversation when you want it. No third-party ads. Your pet is a fictional character and its replies are generated. It isn't a therapist, a doctor, or a replacement for the people in your life. Stride's chat is for adults 18 and over.
