INDEPENDENT, NOT A GOVERNMENT SERVICE StreetReport is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any government entity, local council, or public authority. We are a private service that forwards your report to the council we identify as responsible for the location. We cannot guarantee a council will act on any report. HOW IT WORKS 1. Take a photo. 2. Confirm the details (we fill in most of them for you). 3. Submit. That's it. StreetReport handles the rest. BUILT FOR SPEED • Snap and send, no long forms or clunky web portals. • Smart categorisation recognises the issue from your photo and suggests the right category. • Automatic council routing uses your location to find the correct local authority, so you never have to work out who's responsible. • Minimal typing, most reports take well under a minute. STAY IN THE LOOP • Push notifications when the council views, assigns, or resolves your report. • Message the council directly inside the app if they need more detail. • Track every report you've made, with photos and a full status timeline. WORKS ANYWHERE • Offline mode: out of signal?
